God the Father is not solely our One, True Father. He is also the Provider both of and for mankind. However the question arises: do we desire to have His Divine Providence in our lives? Or do we prefer to keep on thinking that we can provide independently for ourselves, for all our needs? Do we realize to what extent we really hinder ourselves, in actuality, from benefiting from Our Father’s Providence, by holding on so assiduously to our so-common belief that we are ‘capable’ of doing and achieving everything on our own? Are we so frightened of becoming like little children in Our Father’s Almighty hands, that we will do anything we can to escape such a fundamental reality?
