“I have seen all this with my own eyes, heard with my own ears, and understood. Whatever you know, I know too; I am no way inferior to you. But my words are intended for Shaddai; I mean to remonstrate with God. As for you, you are only charlatans, physicians in your own estimation. I wish someone would teach you to be quiet – the only wisdom that becomes you! Kindly listen to my accusation, pay attention to the pleading of my lips.
“Will you plead God’s defence with prevarication, his case in terms that ring false? Will you be partial in his favour, and act as his advocates? For you to meet his scrutiny, would this be well? Can he be duped as men are duped? Harsh rebuke you would receive from him for your covert partiality. Does his majesty not affright you, dread of him not fall on you? Your old maxims are proverbs of ash, your retorts, retorts of clay” (Job 13:1-12).
“Denounce your mother, denounce her, for she is not my wife nor am I her husband. Let her rid her face of her whoring, and her breasts of her adultery, or else I will strip her naked, expose her as on the day she was born; I will make a wilderness of her, turn her into an arid land, and leave her to die of thirst. I will not love her children, since they are the children of whoring. (more…)
“No more, for the House of Israel, shall any of the hostile nations surrounding her be a thorn that wounds or a briar that tears; and so men will learn that I am the Lord Yahweh.
“The Lord Yahweh says this: ‘When I gather the House of Israel from the peoples among whom it is dispersed, this is how I am going to display My holiness in the sight of the nations. They shall live on the soil that I gave to my servant Jacob. They shall live there in confidence, build houses, plant vineyards; they shall live in confidence. When I inflict punishments on all the hostile surrounding nations, then men will learn that I am Yahweh their God'” (Ez 28:24-26).
“Take courage, my people, constant reminder of Israel. You were sold to the nations, but not for extermination. You provoked God; and so were delivered to your enemies, since you had angered your creator by offering sacrifices to demons, not to God. You had forgotten the eternal God who reared you. You had also grieved Jerusalem who nursed you, for when (more…)
“And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she had a place prepared by God, that there they should feed her, a thousand two hundred sixty days” (Rv 12:6).
In the desert, just like the Children of Israel after their exodus from Egypt, we are stripped of everything that attaches us to our present world. But, in the desert, there is joy, love and happiness for there is God.
“In that day shall the growth of the Lord be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the land excellent and comely for them that are escaped of Israel. And it shall come to pass that he that is left in Zion, and he that remains in Jerusalem shall be called holy, even every one that is written unto life in Jerusalem; when the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged th (more…)
“As soon as the devil found himself thrown down to the earth, he sprang in pursuit of the woman, the mother of the male child, but she was given a huge pair of eagle’s wings to fly away from the serpent into the desert, to the place where she was to be looked after for a year, and twice a year and half a year. So the serpent vomited water from his mouth, like a river, after the woman, to sweep her away (more…)
Purification in the desert is an ascent, for all our untoward attachments are removed so the Holy Trinity – Father, Son and Holy Spirit – can come and live in us. If we are not thoroughly purified this way, how can we open ourselves up sufficiently for Them to come and live in us with power and might? Perfect light and life cannot dwell where darkness resides. This is why we are presently being (more…)
The earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea (Hab 2:14)
“The angel came to speak to me and said, ‘Come here and I will show you the bride that the Lamb has married.’ In the Spirit, he took me to the top of an enormous high mountain and showed me Jerusalem, the holy city, coming down from God out of Heaven. It had all the radiant glory of God and glittered like some precious jewel of crystal-clear diamond. the walls of it were of a great (more…)
“Behold, a day is coming for Hashem when the spoil taken from you will be divided up in your midst. For I will gather all the nations to Jerusalem for the war; the city shall be captured, the houses will be pillaged and the women will be violated; half of the city will go out into exile, but the rest of the people will not be eliminated from the city. Then Hashem will go out and wage war with those nations, (more…)
1. “And the glory which You have given Me, I give to them: that they may be one, as We also are One. I in them and You in Me: that they may be made perfect in one: and the world may know that You have sent Me and have loved them, as You have also loved Me” (Jn 17:22-24)
2. “The sufferings of this time are not worthy to be compared with the glory to come that shall be revealed in us . . . Because the creature also itself shall be delivered from the servitude of corruption, into the liberty of the glory of the children of God” (Rom 8:18-21)

Fr. Raniero Cantalamessa O.F.M. Cap., the Preacher to the Papal Household and noted theologian, on the lack of and need for the Feast Day of God the Father, in the liturgical calendar of the universal Church
“It’s sad that in the whole liturgical year there isn’t a feast dedicated to the Father, that in the whole Missal there isn’t even a votive Mass in His honor. Come to think of it, it’s very strange; there (more…)
“The faithful who have noetic prayer* . . . [that is, those whose heart of their souls has been reopened through purification and llumination, and pray from said heart, the nous] have spiritual priesthood, especially those who have reached such a degree of grace as to pray for the whole world. This is the spiritual liturgy on behalf of the world. The prayers of these people, who sacrifice (more…)
“After the murder of Enoch and Elijah, Antichrist will release his most wicked followers (he will free the evil spirits, which he had restrained until now). These offspring or spirits of evil are adultery, fornication, homosexuality, murder, plundering, robbery, lies, tortures, buying and selling of people, and the buying of boys and girls for fornication with them, like unto the dogs in the (more…)
“When the son of perdition has drawn to his purpose the whole world, Enoch and Elijah shall be sent to refute the evil one by a question filled with mildness. Coming to him, these holy men, that they may expose the son of perdition before the multitudes round about him, will say: ‘If you are God, show us what we now ask of you. In what place do the men of old, Enoch and Elijah, lie hidden?’ Then (more…)
“When this age comes to an end, at first the Antichrist will remove the crosses from the churches and destroy the monasteries… Then life will be short. The angels will scarcely be able to collect the souls… In the days of that great sorrow of which it is said that no flesh could be saved unless, for the sake of the elect, those days will be cut short – in those days the remnant of the faithful are to (more…)
“The elder (St Seraphim of Sarov) said, ‘Look!’ I saw a large crowd of people being persecuted by demons who were beating them with stakes, pitchforks, and hooks. I asked the elder, ‘What is the meaning of these people?’ He answered, ‘These are the ones who renounced their faith and left the Holy, Catholic, Apostolic Church and accepted the new innovative church. This group (more…)
“And I saw an angel coming down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. “And when He was sitting on mount Olivet, the disciples came to Him privately, saying: ‘Tell us when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign of Thy coming and of the consummation of the world?’ And Jesus answering, said to them: ‘Take heed that no man seduce you. For many will come in My Name saying, I am Christ. And they will (more…)
“The Church will become small and will have to start afresh more or less from the beginning . . . As a small society, [the Church] will make much bigger demands on the initiative of her individual members . . . [It will be hard-going] for the process of crystallization and clarification will cost her much valuable energy. It will make her (more…)
