The Father’s simplicity

He just wants to be loved with all our hearts. No more, no less. That is what the Father has ever wanted.

What is the Divine Will of God? Response to a question

The question was asked, “What is the Divine Will of God?” The brief answer is very simple: that we return to live habitually in the Divine Heart of God our Father.

More on the Divine Will of the Almighty Father can be found here.

Pray for the intentions of the Almighty Father

Do not pray solely for yourself and for others. Pray also for the intentions, the desires, of God the Almighty Father. It is what He wants at this time.

The Father of simplicity

God our Father is all-knowing and all-powerful; omnipotent, the Almighty. Yet, in His Divine Heart, He is the Father of simplicity. He wants only one thing and one thing alone – your love. Will you love Him? Will you say ‘yes’ to Him?

The Heavenly Father and ourselves

“There comes a time in each person’s life when they have to become true worshippers of God the Father in Spirit and in truth. For indeed, these are the kind of worshippers the Father seeks to worship Him” (Fr. Francis E. Reilly, March 2014).

How hard is it to follow the Father?

How hard is it for humankind to follow the Father, as He so intensely desires – as He desired since the beginning of time? We only have to follow these with all their ramifications, with love in our hearts:

  1. You shall have no other gods but Me;
  2. Do not take My Name in vain;
  3. Keep holy the day of rest;
  4. Honor your parents;
  5. Do not kill;
  6. Do not commit adultery;
  7. Do not steal;
  8. Do not lie;
  9. Do not desire your neighbor’s wife/husband;
  10. Do not desire your neighbor’s goods.

Yet, we regularly fail in keeping at least some of these, because we keep on not allowing God Himself to come and live in our hearts.

We want to belong to Him

We want to belong to Him – God our beautiful and humble Father – not to the other guy, that father of lies and murderer without compunction since the beginning of time. August is the month our Father desires for Himself, for His Divine Heart, as a symbol of His great, intense love. Let us, therefore, return to Him in the manner which He desires. Let us become formally consecrated to our patient Father so that we belong to Him.
