What does it mean to be a child of God?

To be a child of God means to be an adoptive member of the Divine Family.

When we become children of the living God by taking steps to rediscover our true heritage and giving the Almighty Father our fiat with sincerity of heart, in essence and in fact, we become adoptive members of the Divine Family. The Family – the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit and, yes, even the Mother* – take us in. They take us into Their Hearts and envelop us in Their bosom, showering us with all we need to become gods by grace (2 P 1:4; Ps 82:6).  Continue reading “What does it mean to be a child of God?” →

The beauty of the divine life

It is immensely beautiful to participate by grace in the divine life of the Most Holy Trinity. What intense love! What joy and happiness! It is literally a slice of heaven on earth and who in their right mind does not want a piece of that? But the thing is, the offer to participate in the Divine Family life is not restricted to just a few persons. Our Father desires everyone to return to participate in His divine life. So much so that He is ready to shower His graces – unparalleled graces, even previously unseen graces – onto anyone who accepts His open offer. In The Divine Family: Experiential Narratives, the lived experiences of the author with the Members of the Divine Family and others are presented openly in print for the first time. These experiences occurred from 2010 through 2012. The Virgin Mary, evil spirits and the Sacrament of Confession

You came out of your large statue which lies right above the tabernacle in the church which bears your name, when I was unknowingly surrounded by some evil spirits that Saturday afternoon while awaiting my turn in line to go to confession. I was already nervous at being there despite the priest-confessor being very good and thorough, kind and gentle, as it was only the second time I was attending after not having been for a significant period of time. Sitting in the pew waiting, I was hoping against hope that the person before me would get their confession over and done with, so that I could get in and out as quickly as possible.
